The brief.
Maurice Andrews had a 2014 WordPress site that looked like every other mid-tier solicitors in Birmingham. They were winning work through referrals, but their site wasn't doing the firm any favours — and they knew it. They wanted a redesign that felt like the firm they actually are: serious, considered, modern.
The work.
We rebuilt the site from scratch on a static, serverless stack — hand-written HTML, custom CSS, deployed to Cloudflare Pages. Three rounding the design on the firm's actual materials: long-form serif typography for the case studies, generous white space around the service pages, and a quote-enquiry form that takes 90 seconds to fill in.
We wrote the copy in close collaboration with the firm's senior partner. Every word earns its place. No filler, no legal jargon, no 'commitment to excellence'.
The result.
Three quote enquiries in the first week. A 40% increase in time-on-site. A site the partners are proud to send people to. The firm's existing clients tell them it feels like the firm they remember.
